All orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday to Saturday) after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
2. Delivery Timelines
Domestic Shipping (Within India): Once your order is dispatched, it is generally delivered within 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
3. Shipping Charges
Prepaid Orders: We offer FREE shipping on all prepaid orders across India for a limited time.
Cash on Delivery (COD): A small COD charge may apply, which will be displayed during checkout.
4. Order Tracking
After your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation message or email with a tracking number so you can track your package in real-time.
5. Delivery Partners
We work with trusted courier partners such as Delhivery, Blue Dart, and Ecom Express to ensure safe and reliable delivery.
Please do not accept the package if it appears damaged or tampered with at the time of delivery.
6. Address Accuracy
Customers are requested to provide complete and accurate shipping details at the time of placing the order.
Aurelza Jewels will not be responsible for delivery delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
